[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Since around 2017, Football Index has been the sole Stock Market for buying and selling Football players.
Football Index offers a great stock market, but that’s really where it ends. They don’t offer any statistics, and all you can do is buy and sell players for a profit.
I’m a user of the Index, a great fan also!
However, my head has been turned by Footstock, which is also a Stock Market where you can buy and sell football players. There’s also a lot more what you can do on Footstock, hence my interest in the product!
This post is just to fully describe what FootStock is.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
What is footstock?
Footstock is a new Football gambling app, which should improve your entertainment when watching your favourite sport!
If I could assign it to a specific category, I would say that it’s the perfect mixture of FIFA Ultimate Team, Football Index & Fantasy Premier League.
Let me explain why.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
how is it similar to fifa ultimate team?
I am getting a little older now so don’t have as much time for gaming. However, when I used to play often, FUT was my go-to game.
The ability to build a squad from scratch, slowly assembling the best players was a great feeling.
Not only this, but I loved opening a cheeky pack or two!
With Footstock, you have to build a squad for the Tournament Competitions, the way to build the squads? You guessed it, Player Packs!
There’s also a Transfer Market if you don’t fancy opening packs, but just like Ultimate Team, the individual players come at a premium price. Just like traders on FUT who hold Pele, they know they’ll get the big money for him!
Transfer Market, Opening Packs & Building a Perfect Squad. That’s how it’s similar!

How is it similar to football index?
The main similarity with FS & FI is that they both have an operating Stock Market. You can buy and sell players to one another, or sell to the house at a slightly cheaper price.
That’s probably where the similarities end, as they are completely different products.
There’s no denying that the product is similar to Football Index. However, they both have Unique Selling Points.
On Football Index, you play to earn ‘dividend’ payouts, when your player performs well on the pitch or in the news headlines.
On Footstock, you are aiming to win the Tournaments & Competitions, they don’t offer a dividend payout.
I am a big user of Football Index and will be a big user of Footstock, I have no fears that these two can co-exist.
how is it similar to fantasy football?
Both Footstock and Fantasy Football requires you to build the best squad possible on a budget.
The only difference is that you are using real money on Footstock, so all users budgets will vary.
On both products, users want to add the best performing players to their squads.
This can also involve uncovering a cheap gem who’s hitting high scores.
FootStock has the fantasy element running through it’s veins. Tournaments and competitions are the core of their business idea.
